Parish Council Meetings
The agendas and minutes of council meetings can be found by following the link to the appropriate meeting. All meetings are open to the public and have time allocated for public speaking.
The Full Council meets once a month, except in August, usually on the third Wednesday of the month.
The Finance & Personnel,
Community Centre and the
Planning and Environment Committees meet every other month, usually on the
fourth Wednesday of the month.
Annual Parish Meeting
In addition the council has to convene a meeting of the parish
electors, called the Parish Meeting, once a year sometime between 1st
March and 1st June. All electors of the parish may attend and vote on any
question put at the meeting. The chairman of the parish council usually delivers
his annual report on the activities of the parish council at this meeting, and
similarly other local groups deliver a report on their activities.
